Despite the dirty and run-down exterior, the room seemed to have been updated fairly recently. It was clean. It was fine in a pinch.

The room was not clean, the hotel smells of urine, there's garbage all over the property and constant arguing from other guests and there was no breakfast DO NOT STAY HERE

TV did not work - no offer for comp or evena nominal reduction in price - hallways were extremely noisy even after what would ordinarily be considered quiet time - breakfast consisted of coffee juice and granola bar
